About the event
The Seven Principles Couples Program is a workshop grounded in over four decades of relationship research by Drs. John and Julie Gottman. In their Love Lab, they discovered the crucial differences between thriving relationships and those facing challenges. From this research, they have created effective tools to assist couples in enhancing friendship, fondness, and admiration, improving romance and intimacy, managing conflict in a constructive way, developing skills to tackle perpetual and solvable issues and creating shared meaning. This workshop is suitable for couples who are pre-engaged, premarital, ranging from newlyweds to seniors, those aiming to enrich a good marriage, and those seeking better management tools. The Seven Principles Couples Program format includes lectures presented by Certified Gottman Therapist Rebecca Tuck, and private couple exercises. Participants will not share their personal problems in front of others!
Workshop will be Friday 6 pm to 10 pm and Saturday 9 am to 5:30…
